As a company we have a no refund policy on any items, unless the item is faulty.
When purchasing any item/s it is the customers full responsibility to make sure the item/s will fit into their house and through the door. If the item doesn’t go in, no refund or exchange shall be given.
When purchasing factory second/clearance items it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check the items and assess them for any imperfections or missing parts all items are sold as seen and no refunds can be given.
When purchasing any item/s from our order ranges, it’s the customers responsibility to make sure all the details and the product itself is correct, this must be done at point of sale. No details can be changed after ordered.
