Due to the nature of our products, the refund policy varies in regard to the different categories of items in which you've purchased. The policy varies as follows:
Factory Second/Clearance Items Bought in Store -
Due to the nature of these items, you will be advised at the point of sale to check over the item thoroughly prior to purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to check the item and ensure they are happy with condition prior to payment and completion of transaction. Once the transaction is completed, you have acknowledged the terms and conditions of our refund policy and accept that no refunds past this point are obligatory on our behalf. Any acceptations are purely discretional and will only be offered in rare circumstances that we deem warranted. Please note cancellation and admin fees may apply. We also do not offer any warranty on clearance and factory seconds furniture.
If an item has been sold as boxed up new clearance, once collected or delivered, if it is discovered to be faulty once unpackaged, you will then have 30 days to report the fault to us. We can offer a straight swap for a new one. Unless the item is sold in between, a full refund will then be given.
Factory Second/Clearance Items Bought Online -
We would strongly advise prior to purchase to come into store and check the item in person as it's the only way to guarantee that you as the customer are satisfied with the item's condition.
We will do everything in our power to ensure we clearly list the imperfections on the items. This being said, consumers have a right to a refund when an item fails to match the information given prior to purchase and, often more helpfully, for any reason within a minimum 14-day cooling off period.
Items that have been delivered that have been either bought in store or online
Once the item has been delivered to your property, you will be asked check over the item to make sure you're fully satisfied with the item before the drivers leave. You will be asked to sign the delivery sheet to confirm this and upon signing, you accept that you're happy with the item and therefore in doing so, waiver the right to a refund. If you're not happy with the item upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery and the items will return to us. You will still have to pay the delivery fee on the day for their services as our delivery team are independent to us. Under circumstances such as transit damage or an issue that is solely our fault, the delivery charge may be waivered.
Made To Order/Bespoke Items
These items are made to order and bespoke to your needs. For items that require a choice of fabric/colour, you will be contacted to come into the store if you've bought online prior to us ordering the item as a confirmation and acknowledgment of your specifications. In store, we will meticulously go through the order with you to ensure you know what you're ordering, prior to completion of sale. Items of this nature can not be refunded whatsoever. Once the sale has been completed, you waive the right of a refund.
